What is the trial process for team selection?

A number of factors are taken into account for selecting GPS teams.

The Age and Open Championships are Terrace Tennis’ major grading events.
We highly recommend playing these events if you are wanting to play tennis for Gregory Terrace in the GPS season. These competitions are two of the few opportunities coaching staff will have to evaluate players match performance.
In order to create team lists as correctly as possible, individual performances and player head-to-head results are recorded from these events. 

Training performance and attitude, player head-to-head records and individual results are recorded and taken into consideration for team selection. 

Other factors that coaches will consider is player’s Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) and Australian Ranking (AR).
