How do I book a make up class

Make Up Policy
Reasons that we allow make up sessions include

• Wet Weather | Public Holiday
• Competing in tournament

While we do our best to be fair. Make ups should not be seen as a given. Please check your calendar and work out what days you will be absent, and we can help you book for early make ups if the spots are free in the right session. Please help us by letting our team know as early as you can and put your tennis first where possible.

Booking a make up - if you have missed a lesson due to the above reasons, you can book a make up class in one of the other squad days in your class, please contact admin@lifetimetennis.com.au to check availabilities.

In the event of significant rain, LifeTime may also run additional make up squads on a weekend, an email will be sent out to players when these dates have been selected and registration is open.

Late Cancellation Policy
Below is a list of common reasons that players miss lessons outside of our policy and are not eligible for a make up class

• Stuck in traffic
• School function
• School Camp
• Friends / Family Birthday
• Not feeling well
• Booking physio & doctor appointment during squad time
• Exam week
• Looks like it’s going to rain
• Forgot that I booked make up session
• Too tired from school sports day
• Something came up, can I attend earlier session / later session
