move up playing orders and teams.
Team lists are never set-in stone but changing the order for players to move up playing positions is not very common.
Players must achieve stellar match results and be training at a high level. If coaches think that players should overtake someone in a playing position, they will approach both players to play a challenge match.
Challenge matches will only occur at the discretion of coaches.
