I Can't Find My Gate Code!

The code can be found on your email receipt

The gate code needed to enter the Spring Hill Tennis Centre can be found on the booking confirmation or appointment reminder. 

Appointment/Booking reminders are automatically emailed out the day before your booking, the gate code is changed regularly so please make sure to read the email for the latest code.

Please read through your appointment to find the gate code, it will be typed in bigger blue letters

(No gate code is needed for the Ambiwerra Tennis Centre)

If you are having trouble finding the email:

  1. Please check the junk mail folder in your emails.
  2. Double check that your booking was completed by clicking the my schedule tab in your LifeTime account.
  3. If you are still unable to find the email or code after following these steps, please contact admin@lifetimetennis.com.au
  4. Didn't receive the code? you might need to update your details for next time - check out this support page for further assistance
