My Membership isn't working?

Why can't I book at the members discounted rate?

There are a few reasons why your membership may not be working, please check the below possible reasons and contact us if you require any further assistance, thank you

1) If you have signed up for membership and tried to book a court but can't see the members rate please make sure you are currently an active member.

When purchasing your membership if you selected a date in the future as the starting day,  your benefits won't be active until that date.
If you would like to book courts in advance, we recommend starting your membership on the date of purchase

e.g. John purchases on a Monday but selects to start the membership on a Wednesday, John's membership will not become active until the Wednesday.
This means John won't be a member until Wednesday and won't be able to book at the free daytime rate until Wednesday.
To check if your membership is active, please log in and look at your profile name in the top right hand corner. If you are an active member, you will see a coloured circle with 'M' to signify that you are a current member.

Example below:

2) Are you booking a court at Ambiwerra?
Membership is only available to use at our Ambiwerra Tennis Centre

3) Are you logging in under the correct profile
The membership is attached to a profile, you will need to be signed in under the correct account to receive the members discounts.
You will notice a 'M' in a circle beside your name that will show that you are an active member

4) Updating your payment details
If your credit card has expired and your membership payment doesn’t get processed, membership benefits will not be active.
Please update your'e credit card payment as soon as you receive a new card to ensure membership remains active.

You will receive an email notification if your membership payment has been declined

If you have checked the above and are still having problems with your MindBody account, please contact the office to help sort out the problem
