I Received a Credit, Where Can I See My Balance?

Have a credit from a cancelled booking? Follow the steps below to view your available credit

If you have cancelled a booking early or due to rain and contacted our staff via email, you will have received a credit on your account.
 
To view the available account credit please follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your Mindbody account 
  2. Click 'My Info' then 'Account' to see previous purchases, autopays and your credit balance
    Your credit balance can be seen at the bottom of the section 'Account Information' as shown in the green box in the screenshot below
    (You may need to scroll down the page if you can't see 'Account Information')
