I can't find my login details - Academy players

When joining the Pro Tennis program, staff will send your Mindbody login details to you via email.
Please search your emails for your Mindbody details to check. If you are unable to find the details, please contact us and we will reset and resend your account login details.

To receive the membership discounts, please make sure to log in under the players name, as this is the account that membership will be attached to.

When logged in check the top right hand corner and you will see the name of the account you are logged in under. Please check this is the correct account name and beside your name will be a coloured circle with an 'M' to indicate you are an active member.
