My Membership isn't working

Please check that you have logged in under the correct account to receive the members discount.

Remember to log in as the player to book your Free Day Time court or receive discounts on holiday camps.

Players are the members, not parents.

Just a few things you need to know until you get used to booking in mindbody.

  1.   Are you logging in as players?
      By logging in as parents account will NOT access to Free Day Time court hire
  2. Our Free Day Time is 90mins per day.
    We noticed that players often book longer periods and do not turn up on time, sometimes not showing up at all. Please remember that there are other members who wish to book so please cancel your booking online in advance so that allows other members to take your spots! Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
  3. Updating your payment details
    If your credit card has expired and your membership payment doesn’t get processed, membership benefits will not be active
    Please update your credit card payment as soon as you receive a new card to ensure membership remains active 
  4. Membership is only available at Ambiwerra - If you are booking a court at Spring Hill, you will not receive any additional discounts

To check if your membership is active, please log in and look at your profile name in the top right hand corner. If you are an active member, you will see a coloured circle with 'M' to signify that you are a current member.
