I Cancelled a booking but Haven't Received a Credit
Credits aren't automatically processed through the system so please let us know and we can process your credit quickly.
If you have made a payment for the booking, please send us an email with the account name that your booking was under and we can organise a credit for you to rebook at a later date.
Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the commencement of your booking time to be eligible for a credit.

Cancellations can be made through your LifeTime MindBody account.
To cancel your booking, Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the commencement of your booking time.
- log in and click on the 'My Info' tab then select 'My Schedule'
- You can now see all your current bookings
- Select the booking you would like to cancel and click 'cancel' on the far right of the booking, please see the picture below.
