I Cancelled a booking but Haven't Received a Credit

Credits aren't automatically processed through the system so please let us know and we can process your credit quickly.

If you have made a payment for the booking, please send us an email with the account name that your booking was under and we can organise a credit for you to rebook at a later date. 

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the commencement of your booking time to be eligible for a credit.

Cancellations can be made through your LifeTime MindBody account.
To cancel your booking,  Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the commencement of your booking time.

  1. log in and click on the 'My Info' tab then select 'My Schedule'
  2. You can now see all your current bookings
  3. Select the booking you would like to cancel and click 'cancel' on the far right of the booking, please see the picture below.
  4. Credits are not automatically processed by our system.  If payment was made, please contact admin@lifetimetennis.com.au
